Orlandi Gear is engaged in the manufacturing of precision gears, shafts, and couplings for industrial and commercial use. The industries we serve include, but are not limited to, the Construction, Aerospace, Marine, Recreational Vehicle, and Hydraulic Industries. Our manufactured parts are used in many end products such as tractors and other construction equipment, to power take-offs, drive trains and transmissions. We also manufacture shaved gears to 3 DP (8.5 Module), Splined and Keyed Shafts to 36” long, and splined and keyed connectors and couplings. We do internal as well as external splines.
In addition to the complete manufacture of the above components, Orlandi Gear is also fully capable of performing the following services: hobbing, internal and/or external shaping, gear shaving, grinding, polishing, surface grinding, inside-diameter honing, keyway milling, broaching, CNC turning, sharpening of hobs and shaper cutters, and coating services.
